Your Chargeback has been reported to MCARDA. This WILL affect your credit...

Chargebacks are a form of stealing. Your merchant has reported your chargeback to McArda.org, one of the largest credit and fraud reporting agencies in the world. This may limit your ability to travel or pay for items by credit card, and will affect other aspects of your credit whether buying, leasing, renting or attempting to obtain employment, contracts or credit...

McArda.org is the Merchant Chargeback Adverse Reporting Database, creators and reporters of the McArda Score for Chargeback Fraud. Unlike other credit reporting agencies, YOUR MCARDA SCORE is used not only for determining consumer creditworthiness, but also for employment, Homeland Security travel watch listings, fraud watches, criminal prosecution, internet fraud, airline ticket purchases, rental cars, mortgages, leases, and much more.

MCARDA also is a data feed switch for all the other credit reporting and background investigation agencies, and is over ten times larger than any other adverse consumer or fraud reporting network. MCARDA is used by employers, private investigators, background investigators, Courts, Law Enforcement, Government, Social Security, Secret Service, FBI, and many others to flag consumers who have used chargebacks, or a pattern of chargebacks, to defraud merchants with valid item delivery confirmations.
Your merchant can both add and subtract your name from the MCARDA database. As fraud reporting, MCARDA is NOT subject to removal of your information by anyone but your original reporting merchant, via evidence that you have removed or cancelled the chargeback.

Credit card companies and banks don't care about chargeback fraud, because it is the merchant that is defrauded, and in fact they not only aid and abet consumer fraud, but with a number of (even fraudulent) chargebacks, they can seize merchant funds with no recourse, which is done routinely by unregulated giants like First Data.

MCARDA is the only database in the world that uses heuristics and scoring models to flag and rate chargeback fraud offenders. Just like you have a credit score, you also have a MCARDA fraud score if you have ever used chargebacks, or a pattern of chargebacks. As fraud, this score is private, and there is no requirement to report it to those who have committed the fraud, especially due to potential ongoing law enforcement use of the data.

If you have been referred to this site by your merchant, YOU HAVE BEEN REPORTED for chargeback fraud, and your only recourse is to resolve the issue with your merchant. Determinations by credit card companies on the validity of a chargeback have NO relevance, because our only standard is valid delivery confirmation, and credit card companies shift risk back to the merchant as part of their usurious business practices.

The purpose of this site it threefold: 1. You will NOT get away with chargebacks when an item is delivery confirmed, just don't use them! 2. Your listing in this database WILL affect your credit rating, your ability to secure employment or change jobs, your professional reputation, your ability to make online and retail purchases, your ability to sign leases, secure or refinance mortgages, your ability to travel and purchase airline tickets and rental cars, your security ratings and clearances,  your ability to rent an apartment or stay at a hotel, and much more. 3. You MUST work your chargeback out with your merchant, for either a partial refund or compliance with their return, restock and refund policies, rather than using a chargeback. ONLY your merchant can remove their report of your fraudulent chargeback from our databases. We do NOT accept inquiries from consumers, credit card companies or banks. We are based in Israel, and no court order or attorney request for venue change has been approved in over 20 years of consumer and criminal fraud data reporting. You might be surprised how willing your merchant is to work with you, as many chargebacks are due to misundertandings, email bounce backs, miscommunication, etc. and many of our members hate to ruin your credit and other serious aspects of your life, employment and reputation if they don't have to. Employers and mortgage lenders check our databases ALL THE TIME, isn't it better to work out your issue with your merchant than be reported as a fraud?

PARTICIPATING AND MEMBER MERCHANTS, LAW ENFORCEMENT OR BACKGROUND INVESTIGATORS MAY CONTACT US VIA THE FORM BELOW. NO CONSUMER OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY REQUESTS WILL BE ANSWERED.
